Urban Solace is privately owned and operated by its hands-on Director.
We work with a curated and established long-standing consultant team, strategic project partners, trade base and sales network. We enjoy a growing track record of successful project outcomes across most Local Government Areas of South East Queensland by remaining at the coal face of our project outcomes.
Our mission is to enjoy what we do so that our clients can enjoy where they live.
We remain focused on growing sustainably, working with aligned industry professionals, continual refinement to our operational framework and procedures whilst continually pushing for the nuanced outcomes that benefit our projects, stakeholders and clients.
From the Director:
After many years delivering and working on primarily residential development projects for others across Queensland, the need to create and express my own vision for heightened, functional project outcomes got to the point It needed to be formally explored.
We all seek our own solace at home with more and more of us choosing to live in the urban environment. Urban Solace's aim is to create a canvas for moments of comfort, pride, relaxation for family and the living moments of everyday life that creates a life.
I appreciate and thank the longstanding trade, consultant and stakeholders associated with our projects. Without this collaborative approach of these talented specialists, these projects wouldn't happen and I thank our core group for their years of assistance.
